Terms & Conditions
Ordering
Once your order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The confirmation will include details of:
• The products ordered
• Pricing
• Billing address
• Delivery address
Please review your order confirmation carefully. If any information is incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@foldflats.com.
Your purchase is completed once the order has been placed. When paying by card or MobilePay, the payment may be charged immediately or on the next banking day. The exact timing of the withdrawal depends on your chosen payment provider.
By submitting your order and entering your payment details, or by paying via MobilePay or card, you authorize us to charge the payment in connection with your order.
By completing a purchase with Foldflats, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, the cancellation request must be submitted on the same day the purchase was made and before customer service has closed.
Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if:
• An item is unavailable from the supplier
• An item is out of stock
• Other business-related reasons apply
In such cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will either not be charged or will receive a refund.
Cancellations During Holidays and Non-Business Days
Cancellation requests made on holidays, public holidays, red days, or other non-business days cannot be guaranteed. During these periods, orders may be processed automatically and customer service may not be available to handle cancellation requests in real time.
Cancellations must therefore be submitted on regular business days and before the order has been processed or shipped.
If a cancellation request is submitted during a holiday or non-business day, the order may already have been packed or shipped, in which case cancellation will no longer be possible.
Examples of such days include, but are not limited to:
• New Year’s Day
• Epiphany
• Good Friday
• Easter Monday
• Ascension Day and the following Friday
• National Day, if it falls on a weekday
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• Boxing Day
Delivery
Our standard delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days.
Orders placed during weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following business day.
Delays may occur due to:
• High demand
• Supplier processing
• Customs handling
• Shipping carrier delays
Such circumstances are outside our direct control, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
If your delivery is missing and you have not received information regarding an extended delivery time, please contact us at contact@foldflats.com.
Please note that customs duties, import VAT, and other fees may apply depending on your country of residence.
Taxes, Customs, and Import Responsibility
Foldflats sells products without local VAT, as products may be shipped directly from suppliers located outside the EU.
As the customer, you are considered the legal importer of the goods and are responsible for paying any applicable charges when the product enters your country, including:
• Import taxes
• Customs duties
• Handling fees
• Similar charges
These costs are not included in our product prices and are not the responsibility of Foldflats.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept that:
• You are listed as the receiver and importer of the product
• You may be charged import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or similar charges by the shipping carrier or relevant authorities
Prices
All prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to:
• Supplier cost changes
• Currency fluctuations
• Typographical errors
• Other pricing inaccuracies
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us in writing within 14 days from the date the package was delivered or made available for pickup.
How to Withdraw
To withdraw from your purchase, contact us at contact@foldflats.com and include the following information:
• Your full name
• Your address
• Your email address
• Your order number
• The product or products you wish to return
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions by email.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Items must be returned as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring that the product is returned in its original condition, preferably in its original packaging.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Hygiene products where the seal has been broken
• Customized or personalized goods
• Perishable goods
• Single-issue magazines or newspapers
Complaints
All products are inspected before shipping. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
How to File a Complaint

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
Returns related to complaints may only be made after approval from us.
For approved complaints, Foldflats will cover the return shipping costs.
Limitation of Liability
Foldflats is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of a product.
We are also not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, also known as Force Majeure.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
• Strikes
• Fire
• War
• Government actions
• Supplier delays
• Shipping carrier delays
• Customs delays
Product Information
We reserve the right to correct:
• Typographical errors
• Product information errors
• Pricing inaccuracies
• Out-of-stock items

14-Day Exchange Policy
Foldflats offers a 14-day exchange policy to provide customers with additional reassurance when shopping with us.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The exchange request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
How to Exchange an Item
To request an exchange, contact us at contact@foldflats.com and include:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• The item you wish to exchange
• The item you would like to exchange it for
Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any new shipping costs related to the exchange.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, the purchase is considered completed.
The order value will be refunded minus 99 USD, which covers:
• Return shipping
• Handling
• Administrative costs
Reshipment of Unclaimed Packages
If you would like us to resend an unclaimed package, a reshipment fee of 199 USD applies.
The package will not be reshipped until the fee has been paid.
